Aftercare & FAQ

Come with clean, dry brows and lashes — no makeup, oils, or serums on the treated area. If you wear contact lenses, bring your glasses for lash lift appointments. Avoid waxing or threading your brows at least 48 hours before a brow lamination.

Brow lamination and lash lifts typically last 6–8 weeks depending on your hair texture, skin type, and how well you follow aftercare. Tints fade gradually with washing and sun exposure, usually lasting 3–4 weeks.

We recommend consulting your doctor before booking chemical services (lamination, lift, tint) during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We are happy to accommodate you with a threading or waxing shape appointment in the meantime.

Please let us know when booking. We can perform a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment. If you have had reactions to perming solutions, tints, or adhesives in the past, please mention this so we can discuss alternatives.

Avoid all makeup and skincare on the treated area for the first 24 hours. After that, you can resume your normal routine — just avoid oil-based eye makeup removers directly on lashes, as they can break down the lift faster.

Early fading is usually caused by exposure to steam, oil-based products, or active ingredients like retinol and exfoliants in the first few weeks. Following the aftercare guide carefully will maximize how long your results last.

Please arrive on time — arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $25 late-cancellation fee, and no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the reserved service. Some services require a deposit at the time of booking to hold your appointment. This is applied toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations under 24 hours.

We love families, but for the safety and comfort of all guests we ask that children not be brought to appointments unless they are being seen for a service. The treatment room requires the client to remain still throughout the service.
